Every event prices differently. The space questions come first because they decide whether we can do it at all. You will hear back within a day with a quote covering delivery, setup, and teardown.

Start with the space

These four answers tell us immediately whether we can do it.

Measure to the lowest obstruction. Beams, fans, and light fixtures count.

A guess is fine. We only need to know roughly what we are working with.

And the event

Enough for us to check the calendar and price the trip.

We are based in Miami, FL. Travel beyond the area is quoted per trip, so the ZIP matters.

How we reach you

We reply within one business day.

Booking terms

The deposit, the weather call, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Deposit and payment

A $250 deposit secures your date, or $250 per event day for multi-day bookings. We keep a card on file from booking and charge the deposit 7 days before your event. It goes toward your total. The date is not held until we have a card on file.

If the card declines at the 7-day mark we will contact you to sort it out. We reserve the right to release the date if we cannot.

The balance is due before we set up on the day.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Cancel more than 7 days out and nothing is charged. Inside 7 days the deposit is charged and non-refundable. If you book inside that 7-day window, the deposit is charged at booking and is non-refundable from that point. We will tell you before you confirm.

Move your date more than 7 days out and the deposit moves with it at no cost. Inside 7 days the deposit still moves to your new date, but it is no longer refundable.

Weather and conditions

We make the call together on the morning of the event. If conditions mean we cannot set up or run safely, you are not charged, and any deposit already taken is refunded or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer. That covers rain, wind, lightning, a named storm, an evacuation order, or a road closure.

A pause is not a cancellation. South Florida storm cells pass. If we shelter and resume, we will extend the end time where we can. Only an event that cannot continue counts as cut short.

If the event is cut short

Once we have set up, a minimum charge applies covering delivery, setup, and teardown. It is set per event and stated in your booking confirmation. Time beyond that is charged for what was delivered, not what was booked.

If we cancel

If we cannot make it, whether that is the vehicle, the equipment, or illness, you get a full refund including the deposit. That is on us, not you.

Access and site conditions

The space questions above are there so nobody gets a surprise. If we arrive and cannot work, the minimum charge applies. That includes no access, nobody on site, no power where power was promised, or a ceiling that does not clear.
